Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days once the order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package during transit.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Silk & Harmony is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at hello@silknharmony.com so we can attempt to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Silk & Harmony is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
