Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer one of the following:

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Issues
Silk & Harmony is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
